If you wish to cancel an order, contact jon.farfromstock@gmail.com with your name and order number. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and or shipped. A 20% restocking fee will be applied if an order is cancelled. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for a refund to be issued. All international sales are final.
Custom orders CAN NOT be cancelled or returned.
If you wish to exchange your item for another, please email us to complete an exchange form. DO NOT just mail back to us. Your package may get lost in our fulfillment warehouse. Email jon.farfromstock@gmail.com

When shipping back, please note Return shipping is at your expense. Please ship back to the return address below using any traceable method. (Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any packages that we do not ship ourselves). Please pack all items in an appropriate shipping box or reuse the original packaging.
